§ 11-81. Appeals.

Whenever the chief of the fire department shall refuse to grant an application or when the applicant claims that the provisions of the code are not applicable or that the true intent and meaning of the code have been misinterpreted, the applicant may appeal to the mayor and city council within 30 days from the date of the decision.
