§ 11-113. Same—Amendments.

Paragraph 2.5.4 of the safety code adopted by this article is amended by deleting the table contained therein and, in lieu thereof, inserting the following table:

Facilities From Permanently Occupied
Structures and Places of Public Assembly

Quantity (gallons)	Distance (feet)
0 to 250	125
251 to 500	250
501 to 2,000	500
2,001 to 20,000	1,000
20,001 to 32,000	1,500
Over 32,000	2,000

In no case shall a facility be less than 50 feet from a public roadway.

To site a single container of over 32,000 gallons in capacity shall require permission of the city council.
