§ 18-53. Power to establish rules and policies.

Subject to approval of and review by the city council, the police advisory committee is hereby empowered to make operating rules, establish policy and do all things necessary to carry out the intent of this article, so long as they are not inconsistent with state statutes or city ordinances or resolutions.
