§ 19-13. Transport of waste.

(a)

Waste to be covered or otherwise secured. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to transport to any point within the city limits and to the city dump, by means of any conveyance, trash, debris, garbage or other disposable waste which is not covered or securely fastened in the transporting vehicle.

(b)

Penalty. The penalty for violation of this section shall be a fine not to exceed $100.00.

(c)

Extension of jurisdiction. The city council specifically extends jurisdiction of this section beyond the city limits to the city dump.
