§ 19-3. Landlord to provide for refuse removal.

The landlord, as defined in section 19-1, of every dwelling unit, overnight accommodation and trailer park shall provide and maintain appropriate receptacles for the disposal of all refuse and other waste incidental to the occupancy of such property, and shall provide for its removal.
