§ 1-10. Same—Applicable Code provisions.

The following sections of this Code are hereby made applicable to the lands described in section 1-9:
(1)

Section 16-8 pertaining to criminal mischief.

(2)

Section 16-9 pertaining to negligent arson.

(3)

Section 16-31 pertaining to resisting arrest.

(4)

Section 16-32 pertaining to obstructing a police officer or other public servant.

(5)

Section 16-39 pertaining to failure of disorderly persons to disperse.

(6)

Section 16-40 pertaining to riot.

(7)

Section 22-150 pertaining to driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs.
