§ 20-4. Sidewalk sale permits.

The city manager shall establish written guidelines and procedures for the issuance of sidewalk sale permits. A nonrefundable, nonprorated fee of $25.00 shall be charged the applicant for the issuance of each permit. The term of the permit shall not exceed 12 months.
