§ 20-87. Fee; conditions.

Before any opening is made, the applicant shall first secure a permit therefor and pay the amount of $50.00 as and for an opening fee, conditioned that the applicant shall cause the excavation to be made under the direction of and according to the directions of the city engineer and the ordinances of the city.
