§ 22-212. Penalty for violation of division.

Any person who shall violate or permit or allow anyone to violate this division shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be fined in the sum of $2.00 per violation. Should any person intentionally and unlawfully remove a time mark placed on the tire for enforcement of this division, then he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine not to exceed $20.00.
