§ 22-214. Enforcement of division.

It shall be the responsibility of the chief of police to enforce the provisions of this division and to cause reports to be filed and citations issued in accordance with this division, and, in this regard, he may employ such persons and delegate such authority as is necessary to carry out the provisions and intent of this division.
