§ 22-397. Applicability of traffic regulations to pedestrians.

  • At intersections or other areas where traffic control signals are emplaced, pedestrians shall be subject to such signals as provided in sections 22-89 and 22-90. At all other places, pedestrians shall be accorded the privileges and shall be subject to the restrictions stated in this article.
