§ 22-397. Applicability of traffic regulations to pedestrians.
Latest version.
At intersections or other areas where traffic control signals are emplaced, pedestrians
shall be subject to such signals as provided in sections 22-89 and 22-90. At all other places, pedestrians shall be accorded the privileges and shall be subject
to the restrictions stated in this article.
