§ 23-36. Rates and charges.

(a)

Water rates. The following shall be declared to be the water rates for the City of Miles City, Montana:

(b)

Reserved.

(c)

Tapping fee. For new service, the water main tapping fee shall be as follows:

See Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.

(d)

Reconnect fee. For any account terminated due to nonpayment of any amounts due, there shall be a reconnect fee as follows:

(1)

During normal working hours ..... $ 35.00

(2)

On Saturdays ..... $ 90.00

(3)

On Sundays and holidays ..... $ 120.00

(e)

Water plant connection fee. For all persons applying for permission to connect to the municipal water system or to increase the size or number of connections thereto, there shall be a water system development fee as follows:
