§ 23-79. Wastewater system development fees.

(a)

The wastewater system development fees required for permission to connect to the municipal sewer system, shall be in addition to all other fees charged for renovation, installation or inspection.

(b)

All persons hereinafter applying for permission to connect to the municipal sewer system or to increase or to increase the size or number of connections thereto, shall first pay to the city a wastewater system development fee for each premises to be served, based upon the size and number of water meters installed or which would be required upon the premises to be served, in accordance with the amount or amounts set forth in Exhibit "A".
