§ 2-247. Bid openings.

(a)

The city clerk shall receive bids up to 7:00 p.m. of the day the council will be in session either for a regular meeting or any special meeting called to consider such bids.

(b)

The bids shall be opened by the city clerk in the presence of the city council while in actual session.
