The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this division, shall have the
meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates
a different meaning:
Amusement device
means any mechanical or electronic device which operates by the payment of any any
price in exchange for any game, entertainment or amusement, whether or not a score
is registered. It shall include but not be limited to such devices as pinball machines,
flipper machines, coin-operated pool tables, video games, and all other such games,
regardless of the name that is used.
Jukebox
means any mechanical or electronic device which operates by the payment of any price
in exchange for the emission of music.
