§ 7-93. Cancellation of paid bonds.

  • Anytime after the redemption and payment of any special improvement district bond, the city treasurer shall cancel and deliver the bonds to the city clerk, who shall issue a receipt specifying the date of payment and cancellation. The city clerk shall properly file such receipt in the office of the city treasurer.
