§ 7-93. Cancellation of paid bonds.

Latest version.

Anytime after the redemption and payment of any special improvement district bond, the city treasurer shall cancel and deliver the bonds to the city clerk, who shall issue a receipt specifying the date of payment and cancellation. The city clerk shall properly file such receipt in the office of the city treasurer.
