§ 20-137. Signatures.

Latest version.

All special sidewalk and curb fund warrants and interest coupons shall be signed by the mayor and the city/treasurer and attested to by the city clerk. The corporate seal shall be affixed to each warrant, but the interest coupon attached thereto may bear the facsimile signatures of the mayor and the city treasurer.
