§ 2-376. Fees for the use of Frank Wiley Field.

The city council hereby approves the establishment and imposition by the City-County Airport Board of fees for the users of Frank Wiley Field, conditioned on approval by the Commissioners of Custer County, under the following fee schedule:

All commercial aircraft shall pay a landing fee of $.50 per thousand pounds of gross weight. "Gross weight" shall mean the maximum certified gross weight of the aircraft as shown in the Aircraft Bluebook, an electronic copy of which is maintained in the office of the airport manager. It shall be the duty of each carrier operating an aircraft that lands at Frank Wiley Field to file a written report with the airport manager by the 15th day of each month setting forth the make and model of each aircraft which the carrier landed at Frank Wiley Field during the preceding month and the number of landings by each such aircraft during the preceding month.
