§ 2-377. Penalties.

(a)

Any person who violates the provisions of this division shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.00 or by imprisonment for a term not to exceed six months, or both.

(b)

Each failure to comply with the provisions of this division shall constitute a separate offense.
