§ 3-57. Penalty for violation of article.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this article for which no other penalty is specified in this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $100.00 and not more than $500.00 or by imprisonment for a term not to exceed six months, or both.
