§ 3-58. Admission after closing hours.

No person shall be permitted in any place where alcoholic beverages are sold, served or given away, during the hours or times when the places of business are required under law or ordinance to be closed, except the owner or employees of the places of business occupied in the lawful discharge of their duties.
