§ 3-63. Possession of open containers in public places—Generally.

  • No person shall drink or possess any open container of any alcoholic beverage while within a public building, on public premises or upon the public streets, alleys, parks, athletic fields or other public places within the city without prior approval of the city manager or his delegate in accordance with administrative guidelines approved by the city council.
